  Chris is a POS! He should be ashamed to have a nasty attitude and doesn't believ that HIS company gave me a refurbished alternator! (Yes Chris.. your company does sell refurbished alternator that aren't store brands!!!) and guess what A-hole.. I got my alternator replaced!!!! Don't go there... drive the extra few miles for better costumer service... or do like me... don't go to any advanced auto parts anymore.. that was my last business with that company!!
