  My wife and I were involved in more than one accident with our BMW and Lexus vehicles, we had the vehicles repaired and everything was good to go with the repairs on the vehicles but our insurance company did not explain to us that we were entitled to receive so much more on our loss of value claims than we were offered initially. A few months after we had them repaired (and over a year on one claim) we decided to explore the option of seeking and getting diminished value on our vehicles, we were referred to ADV Appraisal Services so we reached out and contacted Andrew with ADV. I explained our situation with 3 accidents of which two were on one of our vehicles and one on my wife’s vehicle. After I gave the breakdown of what happened and sent Andrew the paperwork he explained to me in great detail how the process would work and gave me the quotes of what the diminished value would be on each individual claim, once we discussed that I hired him to come out and inspect the vehicles and get started on the process, he was very informative of how the process worked and what we could expect along with how things could go with the insurance company on both sides so we had a very good feel on what to expect. After the inspection he provided me with 3 reports and we submitted them to the insurance company to start the process. Unfortunately my insurance took longer than we had hoped they would but Andrew was right there with us throughout the process and was available whenever I had a question so I could either shoot him a quick text or call him and he was willing to go over all of it with me right there, regardless of whether it was after hours or on the weekend we could get the answers we looked for. Once the insurance company reviewed the claims, Andrew was able to go over the reports with them directly and got us a good settlement on all 3 claims that totaled over $5,000 and made the process very easy for us, with it being our insurance company they were able to work directly with Andrew to get it settled. We were actually thrilled that we got over $5,000 when we didn’t expect to get but possibly a couple hundred dollars like I had read online that happened to so many people. We were absolutely thrilled with the outcome of the claims and we will send anyone we know to them to help them as well and if we get in another accident then ADV will be one of the first calls we make. We are very happy that we had Andrew and ADV Appraisal Services help to get this settled or we would have been out a lot of money. If you are looking to get help and get what the insurance companies owe you then you will definitely want to call Andrew to help you as well! Without a doubt worth the upfront investment to get what you should get for your vehicle’s diminished value.
