  terrible, had problem changing a light bulb. scratched up my wall and put several holes, because he kept trying to hang a mirror using the same size screw as the hanger. i finally asked him to use a smaller screw. will not use this company again and would not recommend them. was charged extra because it took him longer as he kept messing up, but i had to pay extra for that. very unprofessional
